I’m Irian Torres, a Mentor in Personal, Professional & Leadership Transformation and founder of

Irian Torres – Transformation, where I help individuals and organisations create authentic transformation through a mastery mindset for life, business, and leadership.

My entrepreneurial journey began at the age of 14, when I launched my first business with the support of my grandfather. Since then, I have founded and managed several companies, gained extensive management experience, and guided people to achieve meaningful transformations in their lives, careers, and businesses.

I am an EMCC Fully Accredited Practitioner Coach and Mentor with over ten years’ experience in personal, professional, and business development. My academic background includes Psychology, Business Administration, and postgraduate studies in Coaching & Mentoring, along with further qualifications in Emotional Intelligence, Social Skills, People Management, and Business Coaching.
